Welcome to my Website. My name is James Woods (not the actor) and this is my healthy website project. I am amaized at how many people do not know how to lead a healthy life. I am more amaized at how many people do know how, but choose not to.
I have many blogs, and I am a member of many social sites. James Woods facebook <-- Go there and like my page, and enjoy. The reason I started this compaige is to spread the word. I think that if we all start making small changes in our life to better our health, the earth would not be so stressed with all the extra weight.
On a serious note we can live longer richer fuller lives. We can pass our healthy habits to generations to come. Many people ask "hey James Woods what should I do to start." I simply say just start. I suggest making one small change to improve their health, than after that it is like a domino effect.
Every little change can lead to greater and bigger changes.

I am conitnously adding content to my website hoping that the content is valuable inormation that people can use to for fitness, dieting, exercise, working out, eating healthy, and spreading the word.
As I James Woods embark on this journey please come with me. It may be a tough road at times but together we can succeed.
What makes James Woods an Expert:
You got it, I am not a doctor, I dont have hundreds of "where i graduated" on some wall down town. I am a simple man, well not that simple. I learned from experience trial and error.
I joined the Marine Corps in 95. There I maintained a very active healthy life. Then I started gaining weight (not muscle weight) My command was riding me hard to lose weight and maintain. Long story short, after a series of blood work I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. So I read, I learned, and eventually with the right diet and exercise I lost weight and looked good again.
Then in 1999 I injured my back, three years and 40 pounds later I was a human blob. So now I was faced with 2 mountains infront of me. Even with my diet it was hard to maintain a healthy life because my back would not let me exercise.
Long story short, I am now able to maintain a healthy weight with the correct diet for my body, and also now able to add exercise to my routine.
See I am no average guy pulling stuff on the net just to write a webpage. I learned through reading, wathcing, and doing.
I am living proof that any one can.
