Below is just a recommended daily dosage of each vitamiin. However you would want to change your daily dosage to the requirements of your health. To find this out you can visit you doctor and have a blood panel done. This blood panel can identify what vitamin you are low, or maybe what deficiency you may have.

This is very important because vitamins, and minerals play an important role in our body's day to day fuctions, and this may very well determine how we feel. When your body is not getting enough of each or one in particular there will be medical illnesses. Though these illnesses can be corrected with proper nutrition intake or prescriptions from your doctor. If not treated some deficiencies can lead to death.

If you feel that you are not meeting the requirements of your daily vitamins. I do recommend a multivitamin. The best multivitamin is a Liquid nutritional supplement

Because with a liquid nutrition the vitamins are absorbed almost completely and you are not wasting your money.
