 Since the day that mankind was conceived nutrition has been a very important ingredient to mans existance, and will be a vital component till death. When you take away nutrition from your body your body will not perform correctly.

Nutrition is the materials necessary (in the form of food) to support life. With  proper nutrition you can  prevent diseases, and the same with the lack of nutrition you can cause diseases and even death.

Fats

Fiber

Minerals

Proteins

Vitamin and Their Daily Dosage 

Water

Each of the seven nutrients are just as important as the next. Your body can not survive long with a shortage of each.
